Redfish Revive

Here is a bull redfish (37″) revive video so you can see through our eyes what it is like to catch and revive an over slot redfish caught at the bridges in Florida.

When you take a picture with an over slot fish, hold the fish horizontal NOT vertical. Gravity will crush the internal organs of the fish if held vertical. When you revive an over slot fish you do not sway the fish in the water. A redfish will fight to their death, literally. If you do not revive them after a fight, they will roll on to their backs and die.

Here is how you catch and release an over slot redfish. When they are ready, they will swim out of your hand.
