There is a flat, square piece of metal at the head of the anchor in the picture. Drill a hole in it and secure your shackle end of the chain to it. Pull the chain along the shank and use two medium zip ties to secure the chain to the eye where you would normally secure the shackle. These zip ties will need to be replaced from time to time. Leave a small amount of slack in the chain before ziptying it to the eye. If your anchor sticks to the bottom and doesn't want to come out, the zipties will break when sufficient force is applied and your anchor will "pull out bacwards by the head.
