3/4 cup chopped Pecans
1/2 cup plain Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon 'American Honey'
Preheat oven to 375. Mix Honey and Dijon Mustard Thoroughly together using small wisk or fork. Brush onto top side only of fish fillets. Gently Mix Pecans and Bread Crumbs. Sprinkle Bread Crumb/Pecans Mixture over Fish. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet for approximately 12-14 minutes, until fish flakes easily with your fork.
