This is how I found this website timmyb, I was looking for help on the internet to replace my nets on my poles.  Here goes....Look for the seams on the net and start with one going loop one way on frame then bring next one the other way like left right left right, when you have about 2 inches on the straight end start pulling it down over the hoop and keep doing that till you go all the wway around. Once you get the hang of it , it will only take 5 minutes to do. I have now done a few friends for them because it really is easy once you do it. Good Luck
