Fished two hours from daylight at Lot #4 north. Found surf 3' - 4', light current to the south, clear water and low incoming tide. Breeze was cold from the NW. Bite was very slow but I managed four whiting, one pomp and one blue. Pomp, blue and one whiting were too small to keep. All caught on peeled shrimp. Saw one pomp and one whiting caught near me.
