Posts: 1138 01/17/12 08:33 PM Captain USCG Licensed NEW SMYRNA - 11 Limits 2011	Tags : None checked the mail box and there it was, a little white envelope from the USCG .opened it up and thanked GOD . i recieved my merchant mariners credential booklet. just finished paintng the new boat and recieved my lisc today to boot . watch out guys another CAPTAIN on the water . .

Mike his Captain's bars but handed them to Cassandra so as to not jinx the Captain to be. On land we believe in beer, football, lotto etc. Congratulations, Captain Mike! What a great addition to the fleet, and what a honor to sail along side of you! About darn time you got to chance to take your passion and turn it into a business chartering. Posts: 445 01/20/12 09:33 AM Captain USCG Licensed PORT CANAVERAL	Like Captain Frank Said, a good dry Bag / box is a must on the boat for all your paperwork. I think its more like a waterproof briefcase sometimes with the lightlist, coast pilot, tide charts, license, insurance papers, permits...... One suggestion that could be really helpfull is to photo copy all your doccuments, including license and TWIC, just in case a loss occurs. I keep a copy in another dry compartment on the boat, and at home! Remember that the USCGAux offers free at home UPV boat inspections to ensure you comply with all the new rules for you the Captain and your boat.
