I just watched Brighthouse channel 47 "Hooked on Fishing" and they had an episode on Stone Crabs.
Everything you wanted to know from setting the traps up with weight and bouy to where to put them to catching and sizing the crab claws to cooking the catch.
They only boil their claws for 3 to 3.5 minutes after the water comes to a boil. That seems short to me but what do I know!
