Posts: 3521 01/02/11 12:18 AM - 1 Limits 2012 - 4 Limits 2011	Tags : shrimp, shrimping, ponce, volusia, oak hill, fishing, mosquito lagoon, capt lee noga, edgewater, titusville, brevard, shrimplight, led, greenie, oakhill, haulover, florida, shrimp light, lights, recreational shrimping, cast net, dipping shrimp, shrimp trap, cast net shrimp, frame net, box net, shrimplights, callops, ledgreemie led greenie shrimp, white shrimp, brown shrimp, summer shrimping, brevard dipping shrimp, brevard dipping shrimp Got to the pier about 8:30 the tide had just started going out, by 9:30 the tide was ripping thru there, stayed till 11:00 water was clear and free of debris, saw a few jelly fish, 3 crabs, 2 eels, several schools of really slow moving finger mullet, and 1 dink shreemp!! I,m thinking if the water was warmer, with the tide running as strong as it was, this could have been a good night at the pier. If anybodies got water temp. info for that area, I'd appreciate it, the next couple nights are still friendly tide times. New Smyrna Gone feeshin..... Very interesting..but it matches the light reports out of Edgewater, so we are consistent North of Oak Hill. The cool thing is I just checked the tides for the full moon, and from 3 to 4 days before the full moon the tides will be friendly for the pier Heres hoping the weather forecasts are right and the water gets a chance to warm up New Smyrna Gone feeshin..... As often as I can, BUT not as much as I'd LIKE to!!!!
