Sides were going off people dipping and traps they were getting them on both sides I was under bridge didn't do to good only had 24 by midnight. They are there just depends on where your at last time they ran under bridge this time on the sides. Talked to a guy said he got 500 saturday night and 400 sunday night. I packed up as I could not move to one of the sides and went to pineda got there at 12:30 stayed till 2am got ten jumbos there.So it seems they have not made it that far south yet. 528 is good but get there earily and hope they run on the side your on. Posts: 3391 06/29/10 03:57 PM - 2 Limits 2012 - 10 Limits 2011	Great report Deeptrolling. It sounds like they're there, you just have to take a chance that you're in the spot they're running in. In the boats, we have to find the vein, so we move around until we find them grouped up. I suppose that on the bridges though you don't have quite the ability to move around, especially when your fighting for position with the other shrimpers. Are they getting very many on the surface with their dip nets?

Sea Worthy Posts: 100 06/29/10 06:39 PM	they are getting a few on top not 5 gals like you guys do but i watched a guy dip next to me and he dipped 3 times more then i got in my trap but as i said i didn't do to good last night and left there at midnight. havn't seen anyone out in a boat dipping might be something to look in too??

Posts: 3391 06/29/10 09:32 PM - 2 Limits 2012 - 10 Limits 2011	It would be interesting for someone to go there with the LED Greenie lights and a good quality dipnet. Maybe someone down that way will do a scouting mission for us. Do the traps guys have a tide preference (incoming/outgoing)?
