In Aug 2010, a slight turn of the tiller to slow in reverse yielded a haywire response that threw my boat into concrete fenders at high speed. Yes, of course it was witnessed by land huggers who witnessed a woman slam their boat into the fenders like an idiot.  I can imagine what they said to themselves.

Anyhoo.

I was able to kick the plug out of the floor and kill the motor that was not responding to the tiller.

When you raise your tiller handle to 45 degrees, look underneath and you will see a 1/2" white ribbon cable which attached to a memory board. It has like 4 wires embedded in the ribbon vinyl. 

Check your ribbon for "pinchie" issues. My ribbon had severed leaving only 1... ]]>

Why don't we start out with a basic shrimp life history



All penaeid shrimps have much the same life cycle. Spawning usually occurs in the ocean from near the beaches to several miles offshore. A single female produces between 500,000 and 1,000,000 eggs and may spawn several times.
During mating, the male transfers a packet of sperm, called a spermatophore, to the female. Brown and pink shrimps mate when the female’s exoskeleton is still soft immediately after molting. This is a fantastic dish you can bake in the oven while your busy doing your vegatables on the grille or sides on the stove. Easy process!!!  Small ingredient list!!!  Fantastic flavours combined with layers of textures make this a winner for basically any flaky white fish.  The finished product is a crunchy, crispy outside and a flavourful warm juicy center inside.  The juice left over in the pan is nice for dipping bread as well.  This is my twist on a McCormick and Schmidt cookbook bread-crumb recipe.  Here we go.

FISH:
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 cup progresso italian bread crumbs
2 tlb. sp. Carrabas spice mix
